Our Team

An experienced team combining complementary expertise in hydrogen, mobility, logistics, finance, data and energy systems.

Gilles Haon

President and Co-Founder

With more than 10 years of experience in the hydrogen sector, Gilles has contributed to hydrogen production, storage and distribution projects within the ENGIE Group.

His experience at HYDROGAS, part of the NORSK HYDRO–YARA Group, led him to manage technical projects and CO₂ transportation operations. At NOVATRANS, a specialist in combined rail–road transport, he managed transshipment sites and was responsible for safety and the transportation of dangerous goods. He holds ADR and RID certification as a Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser.

At VEOLIA, he contributed to the launch of the company’s rail transport business. He later joined the Group Purchasing Department, where he helped develop an internal vehicle rental service and worked on alternative fuels, including hydrogen. He subsequently joined IDEX as Operations Director for the Île-de-France region, notably collaborating with HYPE as an energy provider.

Jean-Marc Celsa

European Sales Director and Co-Founder

With more than six years of experience as European Sales and Programme Director at Plastic Omnium New Energies, Jean-Marc has developed extensive knowledge of the hydrogen market and strong expertise in fuel cells and H₂ storage tanks.

He previously led the development of IVECO’s biomethane activities, a business representing 30% of the company’s EBIT. He worked across the entire ecosystem to provide customers with complete solutions covering vehicles, refuelling stations and energy supply.

A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d’Aérotechnique in Poitiers and holder of an MBA from HEC Paris, Jean-Marc combines technical expertise, commercial management experience and strategic vision.

Jérôme Marette

Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder

Jérôme has held several senior financial positions within major transport and logistics groups. He began his career at Renault’s Compagnie d’Affrètement et de Transport as a management controller.

He later worked for major logistics companies, including Kuehne+Nagel, XPO and Geodis, where he served first as Management Control Director and then as Chief Financial Officer. During this time, he participated in due diligence operations and company formations and served as a director of international subsidiaries.

Convinced of hydrogen’s essential role in decarbonised mobility, Jérôme brings extensive administrative and financial expertise to MOVHy.

Laurence Grand-Clément

Hydrogen Data and Systems Expert

A graduate of École Polytechnique, class of X97, and holder of an MBA from the INSEAD–Wharton Alliance, class of J2006, Laurence developed a broad portfolio of skills during the first 10 years of her career.

She has held positions in project management, marketing, sales, human resources, strategy, business development and business-unit management, primarily within multinational companies.

She has founded several start-ups, including Persee, a software company specialising in the planning and management of hydrogen infrastructure, and TinHy, which designs autonomous, compact hydrogen stations adapted to urban areas.

Jacques Hoffner

Hydrogen Tank Technical Expert

Jacques is a recognised expert in hydrogen tanks and containers. A specialist in composite materials, he has contributed to several innovative projects aimed at improving hydrogen storage and transportation.

In particular, he participated in the design of lightweight, optimised Type IV tanks for mobile and stationary applications, capable of storing hydrogen at pressures of 350 and 700 bar.

With more than 30 years of experience in the automotive equipment industry, he combines technical performance, precision and industrial optimisation.
